1. LOVE that it is a family owned/run business and you can tell they care. The two sisters and their brother are on the property and are extremely helpful and friendly. 2. Great communication ahead of time regarding arrival/luggage storage. She arranged for our taxi ride from the airport as well as for an excursion and our return trip. Very nice and friendly taxi drivers. 3. Welcome cocktail in our room! There is a pool bar with a limited variety of items but definitely satisfactory. 4. Nice size refrigerator and plenty of cups/plates in our room. 5. Best part was our balcony where the four of us would hang out when not on the beach or pool. 6. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom was large. Good air conditioning. 7. Convenient location to the beach and restaurants. There is a good grocery store a little further of a walk. The guys at the restaurant/lounge chairs you see first when walking to the beach are very nice but the food was marginal. So many great options to the left (our fav was Apollon with great staff and great food).

Super clean, lots of space and private. Amazing staff, very nice and helpful with everything! Good variety for breakfast, it was delicious!! Host provided transport option, recommendations and a lovely welcome gift. Right across from the beach and 2 min walk to the bus stop making it very easy to visit other parts of the island. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The room with the balcony and mountain view was really nice. It was really clean and pretty close to the beach. Manoli was so helpfull: he arranged the shuttle from and to the airport as well as the car renting for us. He also gave us some information about what we can see on the island.

The best part was the staff..the staff was really good they made our stay amazing. We arrived at midnight and Spiros was waiting for us. Served us wine and offered fruits. You can chill at the property pool or go to black beach just a few mins walk. After checkout we booked a taxi for early morning which didn't came so the guy (Sprios) dropped us at the airport which was so kind of him. There is a grocery stop in 2 mins walk and beach 7-10 mins. I recommend to rent a car or scooter to explore.

The staff were amazing and so helpful and always there when you needed them. The apartment was spotless with everything you need and the parking was really handy as a car is a must. 35 euros per day is so much better value than taxis, we were quote 30 euros one way to Fera and 90 euros o/w to Oia!

The host made sure we didn't miss anything, helped us with car rental, organizing the boat trip, transfer, without us having to call and talk to somebody. So he helped us have quality time on the island and visit most of it. The accommodation is very well placed, it is close to the supermarkets, main road, the rental company, the bus station, and the beach. I would recommend anyone to stay at Marina's studio anytime!
