This was a lovely apartment with many thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to experience Rhodes , take the time to explore but have a quiet retreat to come back to at the end of the day. As others have said it is comfortable and has everything you could want, but in addition it has a sense of peace, and the lovely garden to sit in when you have had enough of tourists and beaches and museums. Sebastian and Patty put themselves out to make us happy and I thank them for this

The facility was excellent with its quality, cleanliness, superb breakfast. Our hosts Efi and Giannis were incredibly helpful, warm and kind. We can’t thank them enough for the wonderful time we had in their comfortable suite. It’s right in the center of old town, in the walking distance to great restaurants, cafes and also to the port. Experiencing Rhodes while staying in Utopia Luxury Suites is a must. We would definitely recommend to everyone who wants to visit Rhodes.

Definitely recommended! The apartments are located in the center, yet on a quiet side street. They are nicely designed and very clean. All touristic attractions are within walking distance. There is excellent service and the sweet owner and a housekeeper who are very helpful.

What's the difference between 8.0 and 10.0? I think it's the way how the hotel takes care of the details. You can find a huge apartment but bare walls, an ugly couch and a dirty dishwashing sponge. All this is not about Nautilus. The studio may not be very big, but with love to the details. This is the first apartment in my several years of travel that took care of a new washcloth for washing the body. I lived in room 303 and it has a huge balcony overlooking the sea and marina. There is an elevator for heavy luggage, but there is a small staircase in front of the front door. Of particular note is the attitude of the hostesses - she really tries to help to solve your problems, even if they go beyond staying at the hotel.

Apartment was amazing, room was nice and clean, bathroom as well (property is equipped with their own system of water heating via solar power so hot water was always available in unlimited quantities), and apartment is equipped with washing machine which was great option to have. Windows have mosquito net, and beds were very comfortable. We even asked the host to provide us with different, harder pillows since the soft ones are not to our liking, and we got them right away. Hosts were very exceptional and ready to help us with any question related to local places to eat/visit, as well to provide any information we needed.

Despite the late hour, the host handed us the keys personally. He told us about the apartment and the surrounding area. He sent information about where to eat well? What to see? Which rental company should I use? He was in constant contact. Whenever we needed anything, he fulfilled our wishes. Too much!
