The outside patio/terrace and views was great. Host was very helpful with any questions we had regarding the area. Parking onsite was helpful felt very safe to walk anywhere in the area. Seems far at first until you realize it’s proximity to attractions in Lapad.

Great location within Old Town few steps up stairways from Stradun Main Street of Dubrovnik. Host Mr Matija is hands on giving advise where to drop our luggage at Buza Gate, obtain free parking outside Old Town & taking Uber €5 back to Buza Gate. In fact Mr Matija came personally to help us with the luggages at Buza Gate (short walk to apartment). The apartment is clean, quiet, comfortable with great air conditioning & located literally few steps from Stradun Main Street very close to main attractions of Dubrovnik! Popularity of Dubrovnik means premium pricing for most activities (€35 for wall walk etc). Price of stay is very worth the experience of a short stay within Old Town (eg. visiting Walk of Shame or other attractions early in morning or late at night to escape the crowds is priceless).

The whole vacation was amazing, especially our accommodation at Hica Apartments. Hrvoje is the best host and he is a helpful and friendly person, who gave us lots of information and some tips. We could also ask or call him anytime whenever we had questions. The apartment was clean, the location is also perfect due to the bus station nearby and lots of shops. We will definitely recommend this place to stay in Dubrovnik and would love to come back here next summer!!!

This place was the most amazing place we've ever stayed at, and it's all thanks to the wonderful host Vanja! She's the nicest, funniest and most generous person ever I've ever met. She's passionate about hosting, and it shows! She was very attentive to our every need, she had great tips and suggestions... and she even offered us some delicious tiramisu she had made herself! She truly was the best. We didn't talk as much with her husband, but he was also super nice and funny, the both of them together made us laugh so much. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the terrace and garden were a perfect place to relax in between outings in town. To sum up: we felt at home and didn't want to leave!!!

It was also well equipped, clean and has a bus station in front of the condominium which can get you to Old Town in about 10min. Also, it's quite near the Dubrovnik Boat Port which is a great advantage for exploring other places in Croatia.JoséGroup

The balcony has a beautiful view over the harbour and is nice to sit with a glass of wine. There is a bus stop 2 mins walk away which takes you until the Old Town. The communication was great with the host. I stupidly left my sunglasses and the host arranged for me to get them back. Thanks again ☺️

Small kitchenette, could need a better/sharper knife for cutting, but very nice to have a small refrigerator. You share the terrace with the other residents. Very short walk to a small supermarket, busstop and beaches. The host was very nice to share advice on sightseeing, restaurants etc.
