By the sea with its own private beach and pool with the possibility to visit many quiet small natural beaches along the coast. Clean and very well equipped apartments. (I recommend getting a sea view apartment). Near Omiš - very nice town with lots of restaurants and other opportunities like rafting on Cetina river, zip lining, tracking to Starigrad which has some magical views of the area.

The view and the atmosphere of the balcony was absolutely amazing. We were eating almost all our meals outside, looking at the sea. The apartment was super clean and very practical, we had everything we needed. The host was wonderful. We liked the place so much that we even extended our stay, and will come back again. There are stairs (but this is very common everywhere here) to the beach and to the parking lot, but we used it as part of our daily fitness routine.

The owners were amazing hosts, they always put in extra effort to make sure everything was perfect. Really a great place to stay and relax. You can request dinner most days when you go for breakfast, it was a mixed meat dinner done on the grill - it was an excellent value and a very tasty meal!

It was our second stay in the Apartment Beverly. The first time we stayed with our friends in 2021, it was a great experience, so we decided to come back two of us in 2022 this time with our dog . Ivan, as a host, is always there for you, we had several issues (our fault) with watching mashing and electricity. However, Ivan was very patient and happy to help. The apartment with a terrace with no view was a big plus for us as we had our dog but also I was doing yoga there every morning. The location is great, down the stairs close to the beach like 5-10 minutes walk. There is a shop 300 m from the apartment. The views are great. It’s also locates close to the Old town and Fottess, however you will have to walk up and down a little bit. You have everything you need in the apartment, the washing mashing was a big plus for us.

    One of my best Booking experiences. Modern, clean and cosy apartment in the best possible location of the city. The apartment has all the necessary facilities and AMAZING terrace. Also, the host provided us with a parking card, so we could safely park our card just a few minutes from the flat. The host was very friendly and responsive. Thank you, Vicko!

    The villa was really clean and great!! The kitchen had enough supplies to prepare food for a larger group! I especially liked that the upstairs had its own studio and two-room apartment, if you wanted your own peace.

    I love the location of this flat, it's just 1 minute walk from the beach! Small bar/caffe place also at the beach, where we used to have some coffee and ice cream with a sea view. Apartment is small but for 3-4 person is enough. Nice taracce were you can rest and relax after sunbathing. We were there only for 2 nights but I can recommend for sure! :)

    The accommodation was exactly as described and accordingly to the pictures, and we had a very relaxing stay with the entire comfort. We liked the fact that all was new within the apartment, and we did not missed anything, cattery, plates, pots, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toilet paper, towels, even detergent and tablets for the dishwasher. Rooms have AC and the beds are very comfortable, and the entire apartment was very clean.

    The stay in Ivana's studio apartment was really nice. For a couple I can say that was comfortable. The host, Ivana, is a nice lady and really helpful. Everything was perfect. The apartment have a wonderful view. I fully recommend this place. But the other point is that you should have a car 😊

    Fantastic apartment, great location about 15 minutes walk to the centre of Omis and 30 seconds from a great beach and beach bars. Great pool and shared space to relax. The flat was just about big enough for a family of 5 (3 teenage children) - comfortable but not huge. We dealt with a guy called Mate who was incredibly responsive and nothing was too much trouble. He really added to our positive experience of the property - if we return to Omis we will definitely stay here again and also recommend to our friends.

    Friendly and safe neighbourhood, clean and modern apartment and spacious, the host also very polite, helpful and extremely friendly. 500 metres to two very nice stoney/sand not pebbly beaches with shallow warm water. 5 metres to the marina. also cetina rafting is 3 km from the apartment with all the restaurants and shops 300 metres from the flat.
