Is it close to the old town.

There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with a microwave, an oven, and a stovetop. Very clean, comfortable and great location! The host Lorenco was so helpful, gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Split and went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay!

The air-conditioned units feature a living room with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge, a washing machine, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom with bathrobes and a hairdryer. Some units have a patio and/or a balcony with pool views. Our host Zeljana was so lovely and the check in process was so easy and quick. She also gave great recommendations on restaurants/bars and places to visit. We got upgraded for free to a 2 beds apartment with the most amazing view to the beach/sea. The stay was perfect !

There is a seating and a dining area in all units. Brilliant location - easy distance from town. Beautiful apartment - super spacious, with a nice view from the balcony, clean and tidy. Hosts were super easy to communicate arrival time with and really helpful with tips for Split when we got there. Would definitely recommend and happily stay again!

The owner of the place is very warm and friendly. She had decorated the place with a good eye for detail. There are little extra things like two sets of keys and the availability of things like soap, detergent, tea, cooking oil, salt and pepper, a tourist map and there are even some books and a radio.
I travel a lot and I can honestly say the kitchen was one of the best I have had. Very good cooking facilities including an oven, electric stove, knives, pots and pans and even a citrus press.
There is plenty of closet space, a washing machine, fridge with freezer and the wifi was excellent. I always believed being a good host is a talent and Petra has lots of it.
The place is spotless, surprisingly quiet and offers complete privacy despite being only a short walk to Marjan Hill and the Palace. A small supermarket is nearby for those of you who want to use the kitchen but a better place to shop is the Green Market next tot the Palace in the direction of the bus station.

A stovetop and kettle are also offered. This was the best apartment I have been to, without a doubt. Not only it had more than everything we needed, it was immaculate, and the host went above and beyond to please all our needs. Her help made our visit smooth, pleasant, joyful, and carefree. If I ever need to stay in Split again, I won’t even look for another place. Perfect!

Local to train, bus, boat and airport transfers but not noisy. Oryx rental car just up the road. One of the highest rated restaurants (Bakra) in Split 100m from the apartment. Host Neven was easily reachable providing fresh towels and offered help and made sure everything was perfect and we had everything we needed.
