I just had an incredible overnight stay at Comodo Apartment Pollux Habibie, complete with a stunning Rooftop-SeaView that left a lasting impression. From the moment I stepped into the apartment, I was greeted by a refreshing fresh scent, setting a positive tone for a delightful stay experience. The room I stayed in was not only clean and tidy but also equipped with various amenities that enhanced my comfort. The free Wi-Fi provided was highly reliable, allowing me to stay connected with the outside world seamlessly. Additionally, the complimentary Netflix account was a wonderful touch, enabling me to relax and enjoy my favorite movies without interruption. The in-room facilities were comprehensive, including an electric stove, electric kettle, and refrigerator, which made it convenient for me to prepare snacks, warm beverages, or store food temporarily at any time. I particularly appreciated the free bottled water, which showed a thoughtful consideration for guests' basic needs. However, the most breathtaking aspect of staying in this apartment was the sea and city views from the top of Batam's tallest building. The illuminated cityscape at night was an invaluable experience. The apartment also offered additional amenities that added to the comfort of my stay, such as a swimming pool and gym located on the 6th floor. These facilities were well-maintained and provided a perfect alternative for entertainment and relaxation. The location of Comodo Apartment Pollux Habibie is also very strategic, making it easy for me to explore the surroundings. A short walk took me to Fanindo, an ideal spot to try some foods or simply grab a bite when hunger struck. The apartment owner was incredibly responsive and very helpful whenever contacted. This added a layer of convenience and reassurance to my stay, ensuring any needs or queries I had were promptly addressed.     The location is walking distance to fast food like KFC, Burger King, StarBucks, Japanese food etc. In the mall beside the apartment there is a cafe which opens at 9am where you can have nice breakfast. The mall is pretty quite, not fully operational.

    The apartment had everything needed for a 4D3N stay; kitchenette with microwave & gas stove, 4L water and basic utensils for 3pax, comfy beds, superb wifi and lovely sea view. Situated just next door to the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal and across from the Batam Mega Mall, makes it very convenient. Daniel was very responsive and helpful with check in details.

    Clean, peaceful environment, amazing sea view, high floor. A home away from home, wish we could have stayed longer. It has everything you need in a studio apartment; closets, fridge, workspace, cupboards, kitchen utensils. Toiletries, towels and coffee/tea kits were provided. Good hosts, even give us a local snacks to try. Definitely worth the money. Hopefully they can maintain the place. FYI: Mall below the apartment is not yet fully operational, no food choices but there are restaurants which is 500m away.

    I am very satisfied with this apartment. Firstly, it’s because of the scenery. Secondly, it’s very clean. Thirdly, it’s not far from the city. It’s easy to grab Grab wherever you go. There is a shopping mall, starbucks, kfc, a&w, etc. nearby

    good view, near city & batam centre ferry. ok for short stay only. ps#this is not hotel but apartment. the house owner will leave the door pin number at lobby, you need get it from lobby's staff. (it is a digital door lock)

    + Check in was easy. Property Host gave me a set of instructions about getting in via Whatsapp. + Room was okay. It's a studio apartment so probably it was the same about average hotel room. Enough for 2 person. + Everything was clean, bathroom, bed, kitchen was spotless. Towels and basic amenities were provided. + Location was really strategic, near to city center, but the apartment complex quite empty as it's practically new. + View was awesome. The room got a sea and city view.

    No breakfast given as the stay is a condo apartment. Location was good.. near to batam centre & megamall. Just a walking distance but need to be careful as vehicles is moving fast. Not recommended with kids.
