Our host(s) were very attentive, helpful, and responsive, without ever getting in the way. All the appliances & furnishings were new and of good quality. The place was spotlessly clean and the heating and WiFi worked well without any fuss. The little trimmings like the detergent left out for the dishwasher or laundry washing machines, or the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the showers, or the complementary breakfast items left out, or the many useful kitchen utensils, made us feel right at home straight away.

The property was private and we felt safe. You enter through a private gate and there is ample parking. The 1st floor apartment was spacious clean and cosy with everything you could want from a self catering point of view. In the village of Roundwood there is every amenity you could wish for such as a butchers, village store that sells hot food. There is also an artisan tea shop and bakery all within walking distance of the property.

Very polite and attentive, and she brings breakfast with croissants, fresh fruits, and local bread every morning. The studio is very cozy and very clean and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, TV, kitchen, kitchenware, tea, and coffee service, welcome food with juices, milk, yogurts, cereal, and chocolate biscuits. Great location, where you can walk only 5min to the city center to buy food or enjoy a happy hour in a pub.

The apartment itself was very comfortable to be in, with a great energy, and all the amenities we could wish for. We liked it so much there that we actually booked an extra night, highly recommend!

It's nicely put together and has everything you need for a stay while exploring the area. The hosting couple were incredibly nice and helpful, and even called around town to help us find a particular dinner dish. Bernie also is a chef and she brought us some homemade pastries that were incredible. Very happy we stayed here and recommend it to others looking for accommodations in the area.GrafSolo traveller
