This small guest has everything going for it. It's pretty, clean, and located on a hillside covered by an olive orchard. It has a spectacular view of the St Francis of Assisi Cathedral, directly across from it, which is lit up at night. A comfortable bed and coffee and tea in the kitchen, which is equipped for simple cooking. It has an enchanted feel and I wanted to stay. Be sure to watch the sunsets with a glass of wine. I want to go back.

    A very cute propertly nestled in the heart of Assisi, with amazing Tuscan views from the road. It is has an amazing shared courtyard and garden area which also benefits from those amazing views.     The apartment is on the ground level of a small house in the old town of Assisi, few steps from the Porta San Giacomo (you can park a car just outside of the city gate.) From both bedrooms there is a direct view of the St. Francis Basilica! In the apartment we've got everything we need for a short stay in this beautiful town - comfortable beds, clean bathroom and a kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast.

    Central location in the old town of Assisi; friendly and very helpful owners; welcome and introduction to the flat by a friendly person, not just a key deposited somewhere; well equiped, charming appartment, no defective equipment. Private parking lot about 5 minutes from the flat, really convenient for people travelling by car! We really enjoyed our stay in this special city and apartment!

    Apartment is clean and located on the groundfloor of a condo/small block of flats and has a covered terrace, as big as the apartment itself, apreciated by families traveling with kids (toys all over the place). Walking distance to Basilica of St Mary of the Angels and cca 5-6 km to Assisi. Owner kind, expressive (with good communication skills), even not speaking English.

    The place is outstanding, a big apartment in a historical village house directly in Assisi old city center. Beautiful....and the rental cost more than fair. We were very happy and lucky with this choice.

    Beautiful modern apartment with space, comfort, exceptional cleanliness and amazing location. We were received warmly and were made to feel right at home. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay including coffee pods and amazing linen. Fans were provided for the hot summer days and heating is also available. The apartment contains new appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
