The host was very helpful and available by phone and ready to help with information. The keys were easy to find and the apartment was beautiful and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable and so was furniture in every room. I felt right at home in the kitchen and was very happy to use the coffee that the host provided. The view of the lake was just what I needed at the end of my stay in Italy. I visited other larger towns around the lake (Como and Menaggio), and after seeing them, I was very happy to return to a quieter and more relaxing Brienno.

Check-in pretty easy and straightforward. The apartment is gorgeous, well kept and clean. The mezzanine level in the living room felt like another room, so that was great for the person sleeping on the sofa bed. The views of the lake and the church were stunning.
