A nice, quiet apartment with kitchen and washer and parking (just off the street, so get a small rental). Easy lock-box access and responsive owner. Balcony off living room and another off large bedroom. Good shower. Speedy wifi. A great getaway workspace. A bus stops just outside, but we did not use it.

Everything was spotlessly clean. It is set in a quiet area a short walk from Lake Como. There is ample parking (for a small additional charge), a lift and a pleasant outside terrace with tables and chairs. We arrived long after the 6pm check in deadline having been delayed by heavy traffic and long queues at the Swiss border but Sergio very kindly waited for us.
