The one bedroom house was so lovely! It was spacious and had all the amenities including an iron and ironing board which in all the other places I went in italy didn't have. The place was in the town so everything was easily accessible and there was a bus station accross the road where we got a bus to Florence. The host was the best part of our trip to Greve. Marco picked us up from the train staion an hour away becasue there was no public transport or taxi on Saturday. He took us for Olive oil tasting and Wine tasting on the way so we got to enjoy that before we even got to the accomodation. He recommended resturants and was available to answer all our questions throughout our stay. He was so kind to us and treated us like friends. Thank you Marco for your hospitality and free wine! My only regret was not staying there longer. It's ideal for short and long term stay - I highly highly recommend Casa di Company.

Set in the Chianti, which offers the perfect combination of history, nature, crafts, and not least discoveries in food and wine, the Fornaci farm offers a wonderful place to enjoy and relax. Valentina and Nicolò are wonderful hosts and very nice people. They were helpful both in practical things and with good tips about where to eat and what to do. Armed with these tips we could enjoy its highly authentic experience. While staying in Casa Alessi, we have enjoyed the fresh eggs, vegetables and the farm made goat cheese, a real delicacy. We are looking forward to be back here!

The location is fabulous. The apartment is super cute and clean. The balcony was one of our favorite parts, we had amazing weather and spent our mornings drinking coffee there and our evenings sipping wine and overlooking the city square. the host was also incredible and allowed us to check out later since we didn’t have anywhere to put our luggage until 1pm. thank you again for the special memories!

The host was extremely professional and gracious. The wood fireplace was a game changer that we enjoyed most every night. Comfortable furniture, great beds and a newly renovated apt made for an exceptional time. The vineyard is at the top of a hill near a natural preserve area. Lots of game to see and birds to watch.

The apartment is remote so you'll probably want a rental car to get there, but once there the local shops are around 5mins driving & it's nicely positioned between places like Florence, Siena & San Gamignano.
