Everything was great! The apartment is bright, clean, it has all the necessary stuff: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine, umbrellas (rain/sun)..Big terrace, two rooms with two bathrooms. Also the hosts left for us some snacks and a bottle of wine as a welcoming present. The location is good, 5 min to the sea, 5 min to the train station, destination to Rome. We were met by Katia, very friendly and nice. She always responded quickly if we needed smth. We are happy that we had chosen this great apartment. Would definetely come back again.

This place exceeded our expectations, one of the best places I stayed. The apartment is very modern inside, super clean, and with everything you need. This is one of the few places that had salt, pepper and cooking oil available. It even had some toasts, jams, chips, water, milk, and soda in the fridge for the guests, this was a very unique experience. The host was very kind and even booked a taxi for us. I will return for sure. Thank you Patrizia!

The apartment was clean, we were provided with breakfast items, and many other pleasant things. We were delighted with the hospitality of this woman. Everything was simply wonderful. We will definitely come back here again.

    Cozy small apartment with all you need for a short stay. We were there for karate competition and the location was perfect, close to the sports hall. The place is clean and walking distance to the train station and beach. Parking is available for free. It is not near the centre of Ostia Lido but very convenient if you are planning a trip to Rome.

The owner was also so lovely and made our trip so much better as she helped us with everything we needed in the flat, helped us find our way around Rome and was overall a pleasure to interact with!

    Owner is really helpful and kind person. Apartament was clean and look just like a picture. Lido centro - suburban railway station maximum 10 min walk from the flat. Excellent communication with Rome center (about 40 min drive). Nearby grocery store. Beach on the other side of the street (private one), excellent public beach about 5 min walk. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to combine rest on the beach and sightseeing city centre of Rome.

    I can't rate this apartment, because agent Ostia holidays changed our apartment to "Loft Lotito 2". The reason: "...there has been a positive case of Covid and by law we are obliged to close the apartment for at least two days..." - changed to their "one of the best structure"...

    Based on the host's detailed guide, we found the house very easily. We got an entire apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. The refrigerator was filled with food and drinks. Sweets, snacks, fruit and even a bottle of champagne were waiting for us on the kitchen counter. We really did not expect such a great reception. We had a great time. The host even offered a free transfer to the airport, which we gladly accepted.

    Alessandra met us outside flat with keys. She is very friendly, very helpful. Flat was really clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our week in Ostia. Location was perfect, close to beach and shops/restaurants, with terrace overlooking the square in one direction and with a lovely sea view in the other. This wasn't our first visit to Ostia and we would say in terms of location, cleanliness, value and warm welcome from our host that this apartment would be 1st on our list if we return.

    Exceptionally clean,spacious and comfortable flat. The best part was the aircon in the living room. The host was very warm and friendly and was available at hand for any help needed. She even went out of her way to buy us Ariosto.the apartment has everything you need for cooking. The fridge had complimentary stuff like juice water etc so it was very useful. Great location 5 mins to the beach and lots of little shops nearby and an array of clothes shops etc a very streets away. All in all a pleasant experience!!
