The apartment is very well located, close enough to the Lucca city walls. It took about 15 minutes by bicycle to get to the city center. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The owner gave us two bikes for our sons, which unfortunately we only used once, because of the extreme heat. We were invited to serve ourselves in the beautiful garden, full of tomatoes and other vegetables. The owner and his mother were very friendly.

John and Paola were great hosts. They were easy to communicate with and provided an exceptional property. It exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, well-appointed and beautifully decorated. Paola had even put up some Christmas decorations. They provided some groceries for us to have dinner the first night, which was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated after a very long drive. The location was fantastic and a very easy walk into the old centre of town. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

The size was great and the room so cozy and well decored so we could have stayed here for a long time and even just stayed in the room, if Lucca hasn´t been as lovely as it was. I would recommend this room/apartment to everyone who will travel to Lucca. We were staying in the room at the top of the building, the "penthouse" flat.AnneSweden
