The air-conditioned accommodation is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV. Some units have a seating area and/or balcony. A minibar and kettle are also offered. I liked that it was clean and left drinks and food for its guests. I also liked the services it offered from the bedding and the bathroom.

The hosts, Anne and Riccardo, made our stay in Mondovi one of the best ever in our extensive Italian B&B experiences. Anne kindly offered to meet us at the train station and drive us to the apartment. On entering, we were greeted with a warm, homey atmosphere, a tower of fresh fruit, cut flowers from the garden, and a refrigerator stocked with more than enough supplies for our 3 night stay. (Could have easily stayed a week, without going to the market). Going above and beyond the standard B&B requirements, there were robes in the bathroom, a great cozy king sized bed in a large bedroom with ample storage for unpacking and living comfortably. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans and kitchen supplies for easily making meals. The list goes on. Truly a lovely experience, and even better, we saw several hot air balloons from our balcony on Saturday morning. It just added to our overall great experience. Truly enjoyed our stay in Mondovi, thanks to our very friendly hosts and there lovely home.

    Great location and atmosphere, with a nicely converted apartment. The apartment is nice and quiet with a comfortable bed. The kitchen looked well stocked although we didn't use it. It was my birthday and although I hadn't mentioned it there was a bottle of wine waiting and a note with best wishes for my birthday, a really nice touch. The staff were responsive to questions on WhatsApp and the process was smooth.

    Our experience in this apartment was unpleasant. Besides the unpleasant smell that was in the apartment, the host did not bother to inform us that renovations were being made in the building of the apartment, which caused us not to sleep in the morning. Unprofessional and disappointing.

    Very nice apartment to stay independent, I couldn't have expected more facilities. There is everything you need to have a breakfast or even to cook. The apartment is very spacious and pretty easy to reach. The host is very nice and accommodating.

    The apartment was right in the city center. Very spacious and with anything you could need for a short or longer stay. Very clean. My brother lives close by and i will definitely recommend it to all family members visiting.
