So thoughtful, they included so many extras like snacks and water. They even offered me a fresh baked croissant for breakfast! The b&b is walking distance to downtown Nicolosi with cute shops/ restaurants and a market on Sunday when I was there. It is an easy drive to and from Catania city and airport, Taormina, Naxos beaches, and especially easy to get to Etna. The neighbor is a your guide, and he may be able to take you to work with him if you need a ride to the base lol. I rented a car and only planned to stay here one night before I climbed Etna, but I stayed two extra because it was a great value and great base to get everywhere north of Catania. highly recommend!

I would rate apartement 12/10 is it was possible. Very comfortable rooms, high standard, clean, cosy, nothing missing. Owners very friendly and helpful, even breakfast prepared at morning. I will surely come back.

Exceptionally new, modern, clean apartment. Very nicely decorated and equipped with full modern kitchen, washer. Good dining and great coffee bar around the corner - papaveri e papere. Conveniently located 20 min drive up the mountain to Etna base lifts, etc.

Very large and clean apartment with terrace. It is good equipped, you have everything what you need. Parking place is just in front of the house. It is only 20 minutes drive from Etna. The owner is nice but speaks only Italian so we couldn´t speak together (that is the only minus).

Prior to arriving, she helped us book the two Etna tours that we were interested in. The studio apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook at home. In the mornings, it was lovely sitting on the sun-drenched terrace, and being able to use the beautiful garden and pool after climbing Etna was the perfect way to spend the afternoon. Highly recommended!

Parking outside the flat is free and as the road is a dead end, it is very quiet and there are always lots of parking spaces available. The flat itself is good. We stayed only 2 nights and didn't bother cooking, so we cannot comment on the kitchen appliances and utensils. Rosario, the host, is very knowleadgeable about the local area and provided us with some useful tips about places to visit, the local cuisine and nice restaurants to try out.
