The location was perfect for us: easy way to park, the whole building looked very good, walking distance to stores and restaurants from Porto Cervo. The Superior Apartment was very spacious and well equiped. Stefano from the staff was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

The location is amazing, with unique view over the sea. It is really breathtaking. The whole apartment is super cozy, well organized, and make you feel like you are at your own home. The owner is super friendly person, wants to help you in all ways, suggesting places to visit, restaurants, boat renting. All in all, we really enjoyed as family, and we all shared the same feeling. We are four, kids aged 13 and 11. We'll come back for sure.

We loved the location, in a pretty complex which had lovely views of the sea and a small garden. The beach was just a five minute walk away and very unoccupied as it was April so very peaceful for us and the sun shone for most of our week so we really enjoyed this. The apartment was only a short drive away from bigger beaches and Porto Cervo and we also drove to the Archeological site to view the Bronze Aid settlement. It is a beautiful island. The apartment was the perfect size and was very well equipped too and lovely host. We had a magical week and cant wait to go back.

Between sea and rocks, apartment in Porto Cervo

Overlooking its garden and with views of the sea in the distance, this apartment features air conditioning/heating, 2 bedrooms and a living area with fully equipped kitchenette. The apartment also has 2 bathrooms.

We just loved the place. It was very spacious (we stayed as a group of 4 where having 2 bathrooms and a shared living room was a huge bonus), well-maintained/clean, had all the necessary appliances & was ideally located close to restaurants, supermarket & well-connected to the beaches (we were by car, which made it very easy to find). At the same time it was very peacefull, the street noise never reached us, where to add to the serenity was a beautiful terrace and the view on the rocks on one side of the apartment and the small garden on the other side of it (with real grass btw, which is watered in the morning, hence, don't hang ur clothes to dry there:) ).

    Anna was a really lovely host, on site and always available by phone too. The room was perfect for a short stay around Porto Cervo (super close too which served us really well). Very accessible to surrounding areas, eg boat tours around the Maddalena. Room also had a good smart TV too which was nice for evenings.

    A wonderful beach within walking distance. Ideal for children, children's pool, playground, shallow white sand beach a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is quite puritanical, but clean and well maintained.

    Without exaggeration, "Between Sea and Rocks" is the perfect holiday rental! We have stayed in many Airbnb/Booking-type houses or apartments over the years, but none have been as perfect as this. So clean, elegant and well-equipped, with plenty of space in a peaceful setting, and not too far from all the things you need. Five minutes' drive from Porto Cervo for nights out, but with nice restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance.

    A comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in a good location with lots of parking. It's a short walk to Porto Cervo marina, a longer but scenic walk past the boats to the centre of Porto Cervo, (the walk is steep in places so allow time). There are some good restaurants close to the apartments.

    Nice location, very convenient to walk to Porto Cervo (15-20 mins) and to rent a boat as the garden is directly connected to the dock. Flat is in good condition and a/c in every room is definitely a plus. Host is very helpful and responsive and even helped arranging a day out on a boat. Recommended.

    Hotel has a beautiful territory with nice pools and greenery. Rather private rooms, 6 minute walk to the closest beach, which is small with 40€ p.p sunbeds rental.

    Excellent modern apartment close to Porto Cervo Marina. Good for a couple or single person looking for a base in the area. Open plan/sitting/dining/kitchen area. This was partitioned from a large bedroom area with good wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom. Nice little terrace outside the apartment with umbrella and chairs. The owner was very easy to deal with and contactable. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again.
