Beautiful, well located and well appointed apartment overlooking the sea in Praiano. Sandra was a phenomenal host. She welcomed us warmly, with a gift of her father’s oranges and tomato sauce. She helped us to organize the details of our stay, including restaurants, taxis, etc. and even bought groceries for us as we were arriving late at night on Dec 23rd. The comfort and personal touches made this a wonderful vacation experience.

Great location, very silent in a nice village with a splendid view on the sea. The house is well equited and comfortable. Everything is there to cook, which is very nice. A very charming area with e nice terras to sit. Next doors there is a small shop which has really everything! The place is easy to reach by bus. We walked a lot, which is a good area for it. Ivan is very nice and super helpfull, the best host! Thanks.

The best view I have ever seen from the balcony. Perfect location, there was a local bus stop directly outside the apartment (on our first day we walked up a very steep hill but Ivan told us about the local bus and we took it everywhere then for around €1.50 per person) All the towns on the Amalfi Coast were accessible from here, all a short bus ride. Praiano is a lot quieter than the other towns it’s perfect if you’re looking for something away from the bustle of tourists. There was a super small grocery shop a few metres down from the apartment but was perfect for what you needed The apartment is way bigger than it looks in the photos. There was cooking facilities and clothes washing facilities Ivan was so helpful. 10/10

We loved the location and the view! The host was phenomenal and very helpful. It was quiet and relaxing. The coffee provided was excellent. We were happy to be able to do some laundry there. It was a lovely property. Having a store close by to get some groceries was great too! Also, some great restaurants within walking distance.

There are a few good restaurants close by if you aren’t up for a hike but if you are, there are also many others around. The best thing about this place was the space and the ability to stay in your own apartment without feeling like you’re missing out on anything. Very rare in Italy to find such facilities at this price!

Had all the amenities described (AC, 2 full bedrooms, kitchen, balcony) and more (Sandra had fruits and water in the kitchen, left all the bathroom products for us). Sandra was also so resourceful and helpful whenever we needed it - helped us book a cab transfer, help arrange for a reservation, gave us directions and lots of recommendations… It was honestly one of the best apartment stays I have ever had in Europe!

The location is pretty good, right opposite there is a hotel where you can get breakfast with a stunning view. Positano and Amalfi are both close and if you're arriving with the car, there is a garage right next door for 25 € / day. Beach is 10 mins walking - although not a perfect one. It's good to take a water taxi to some better location or even rent a kayak. Our apartment has a small balcony, and at the top floor, there's a huge shared terrace with a nice sea view.TomasYoung couple
