Cozy and very nice house in the hills of Tuscany. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The is a pizzeria nearby, and the small town for morning coffee. It can be reached by car in few minutes but the morning walk to the town over the hills was also very pleasant. One of the best places to stay in the region.

The location is wonderful with a car, an excellent home base to see all the highlights of the region. We were grateful that we could check in early and enjoyed dining outside on the patio. The host was very friendly and the kitchen has absolutely everything one might want - a real home away from home. I wish we could have stayed longer.

There was a lot of room and storage for clothes. It had a nice shower and bathroom. The sitting area was comfortable and it had a nice kitchen. Everything was meticulously clean. Katia was a wonderful hostess.

There is coffee machine Lavazza, wasching machine, sufficient dishes to cook. No microwave. Very nice host, we felt welcome, were offered with cold drinks and sweets. The place is in the middle of Tuscan countryside, nice historic city nearby Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza,.. We recommend this accomodation and would like to come again for longer time. If possible we will rate 11 points.
