A great house in an awesome court yard of the main street of Venaria which is a charming small town outside of Torino. Close to the airport (by car). Hanging out in the town in the evening/night was really fun and a very "local" (non-touristic) experience in the good sense of it. The palace is just around the corner but unfortunately we weren't there during opening hours - the gardens at least look beautiful and worth coming back to. Thanks!

The staff was really nice, and pro-actively offered my sister assistance with the car administration (needs a special permit to drive here, and she can get cost off coy of disability. The lad offered to take of this on her behalf. So nice of him)
