The room is super comfortable for a cheap price. There's also a comfy lounge room that has TV and other entertainment. The kitchen has microwave, refridgerator etc, so we bought our own food, heat it up in microwave and ate in the lounge room. The host is very friendly and always ready to help. After we check out, he immediately went to clean the room. The parking lot is big.

Built in 2018, Itomori is located a 7-minute walk form JR Takayama Station. The old town of Takayama is 6 minutes on foot, while Takayama Jinya is a 10-minute stroll.

Everything was amazing. The owner was responsive and friendly. Checking in and out were a breeze. The house is extremely clean and spacious. There is an outdoor tub for you to soak in as you enjoy the crisp air, and a sauna to sweat it out if you decide to. There are crockery, cooking utensils, and even drip coffee equipment if you choose to make your own food and drinks. We came in winter and the place was sufficiently warmed with 3 heaters, one in the living room and two on the second floor. There was even an Atari console to play with! The house is located within walking distance from the main shopping and eating district. Would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area!

A short walk from the station and bus stop and about 10 mins from the main sights. Ideal for my short stay. The room was more like a small apartment. For longer stays, the kitchen, washing machine and small balcony machine will be great. Very comfortable bed, nice amenities. You can use the onsen of the nearby sister-hotel. This was lovely after a long day walking in the snow. All in all a great stay.
