A very nice location, the quite one, but still very close to the metro and attractions. We got the keys very easily. The apartment was really spacious and fully equipped. I really enjoyed staying there for 4 nights.

Such a great place! Spacious apartment (and I guess that's quite big for Tokyo) in Okubo, a very central location in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes from the Shin-Okubo station, 15' from Shinjuku main area. It has everything you need to spend a week like at home (even though I wish I had super electronic toilets with a heated seat at my place).

Apart from excellent customer service, our room has decent size for a traveler of 3 and the hotel has provided us with supplies of toiletries, cleaning tools, laundry soap, room and linen spray and dish washing - no need to spend time in getting all these yourself. I also like that it has a separate toilet, a separate bath area and sink/washing area. Each of us can do things separately so getting ready was faster. One can be busy in the toilet, while one is taking a bath and the other one is brushing teeth/doing makeup.

The location is perfect, it is just few mins walk to Asakusa shopping area with lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel is just in front of Tawaramachi metro station 1 min walk, it is in the ginza line and basically go to most of the main area in Tokyo or just need to change to another line. The room size is more than I expected looking at what many has comment that Tokyo room is normally small but this unit is much bigger than I imagined. Another plus point is the private batch, with only 2000Y, you can book the bath for 90 mins.

The location was great with a 6-7 minutes walk to Oimachi station which connected to the major wards easily! THREE’s place was also next to many restaurants, shopping complexes and a neighbouring FamilyMart - which was so convenient. I found checkin to be a breeze since I already pre-filled all the guests’ details beforehand. The apartment was extremely spacious and had basically everything you need for a comfortable stay - small kitchen, laundry and dryer! The bathroom was massive with both a shower head and bath. Internet speed was stable and fast. Lastly, THREE was so kind and responsive, we forgot our magnets at the apartment but they kindly shipped them back to us. The extra care and professionalism to us was very much appreciated - thank you so much!

It was tiny and the bathroom was smaller than my food pantry back at home and even that’s small!! There were 3 of us and we couldn’t move within the apartment. There was no where to put all of our luggage. The location was ok and the room was clean. It kinda of felt like a housing commission flat back home in Australia. It seemed really worn and sketchy in the building.ZoeGroup

Onsen next door was great to have after big days walking around Tokyo. Great sized apartment for 2 people. Loft bed was comfy, the downstairs bed wasn't great for two people but if just two people not a problem as can sleep in the loft or bed downstairs would be fine for 1 person.

Good size for Tokyo with a loft-like feel. Really funky area with a chilled vibe, heaps of second hand shops and great places to eat. Local vibes and not heaps of foreigners. The pod style sleeping arrangements were comfortable and functional. The bathroom was excellent. There was also a second toilet. The rooftop area had a great view of the surrounding area, including of the Tokyo Sky Tree.
