Very nice appartements right next to the beach on this beautiful and more authentic peninsula. There is a great terrasse with wonderful sunset view and a small swimming pool, for this price it is very worth it! Don't forget to bring cash because there are almost no ATM on the whole peninsula! Wish we could have stayed more!

It is a great property with spacious rooms, perfect for those who love authentic living. It's very well equipped, offering the possibility to make one's own dinner. The location of the studio we booked was perfect, offering easy access to the marina promenade and great seaview. The girl who greeted us was nice, on time and explained to us everything necessary about the apartment, heating, wifi and how to get around. We arrived around 2pm and it was great that she told us that the supermarket at the promenade had a winter schedule and was closing at 5pm, so we managed to get a few things we needed for the weekend before it closed. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Everything was perfect! I will advise future guests to use the map provided by Janko in order to locate the property easily. Janko and his wife, Milica, were wonderful, the bests hosts we've ever met. Their hospitality and friendliness was top-notch. The apartment was situated very close to the beach and the views from the balcony were picturesque. We felt very much at home and had all we needed. The gardens were so beautiful and as a bonus, there was a pet tortoise which our children enjoyed playing with. We were welcomed by some food and drinks and on my birthday, Janko and Milica surprised us with a birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. It was not too difficult for us to travel to Tivat and Kotor to visit other places of interest (it's easier if you rent a vehicle, which Janko advised us to do). There are also places of attraction very near by like the Blue Cave tour and Lustica Bay. Communication before, during and after the trip from Janko and Milica was excellent. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we are in the area in the future.
