(buy the week ticket if you are going to be there for a week – it’s worth it!). It’s really nice taking the ferry to Valetta and walk to the bus terminus.

It is a nice roomy apartment with a wonderful view over the city from the balcony. Working air conditioning and a lift. Situated in a very pleasant old part of the city but just a few minutes walk to the ferry boat to Valletta

We loved our 18 day stay at this heritage house, beautifully renovated to have modern amenities but the old character was retained. Very special. Very nice quiet neighbourhood, not touristy. Short lovely walk to the harbour to catch the ferry to Valletta, relaxing. Great market in Birgu on Tuesday mornings for vegetables and fruit. Delicious pastizzis in the Birgu square close by. Bus stops very close, busses worked well to Mdina and Marsaxlokk. Convenient little store around the corner. We would gladly stay here again

Netherlands
Great location, plenty of space and multiple terraces in the sun and shade. Everything in Malta is within reach by car. Found a parkingspot everyday in front of the door. The private jacuzzi, with a view, was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day and watch the sun go down. Neil, the host, gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful.

Entire apartment was very clean and cozy, sheets and towels were fresh and apartment had AC in the bedroom. I also liked the rooftop terrace in the evening and good wifi. Valetta city ferry and bus stop were just a brief walk away, as well as a pastizzeria, convenience store, fast food joints and ATM. Trudy was a great host and instructions from her were very clear. We had a self check-in and we had no issue. Location is 5 minutes walk from the departure of the ferry to Valletta and is therefore very convenient even if the neighborhood is not particularly nice. We found pretty easily a park-place on the road very close to the apartment (early June).
