The hosts were so kind and helpful and left us wanting to stay longer. Audrey & Melle created a warm and welcoming accommodation for their guests and we look forward to being able to stay here again when we can return to Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful stay at Six in Amsterdam. Beppie welcomed us warmly, and the apartment was very clean, cozy, and good located. Communication with Beppie was a breeze through WhatsApp: she was always available to answer our questions and provided helpful tips. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Six and highly recommend it!!!!!

Booked the property as the description, the location and the price were good. As usual, I lowered my expectations and prepared myself for any small things that will go wrong, intending not to let anything spoil the vacation. The hosts were able to meet us earlier and let us leave the baggage before we went out to catch some daylight. The place was clean already, and I said that it's ok with me as it is, but the hosts insisted they need more time to clean it even more. More surprises came on, the sauna is working and is all my own. I couldn't believe it. I saw the title but imagined it to be a gimmick, or to have some catch, but it hasn't. I felt for a few days like an oligarch staying in a private suite at a 5 stars resort. You can lift the property, including the garden and your private sauna, and put it in a 5* hotel, and you'll have a presidential suite. The location? A plus for for any adults looking to be close enough to the center to visit sights, far enough to have a peaceful quiet time in the garden and at night. No traffic out of my window for a 55 Y old trying to fight insomnia means a lot of energy next day discovering Amsterdam. 20 min in a tram is not a price to pay, it's a joy when the tram gives you a sighting tour of new and old Amsterdam. Never stayed in a place so blatantly good that it's actually under-selling itself in the description. Future travelers: don't ruin the place and the owner's believe that hosting can be done not only by making your property a money machine, but also leaving an impression on the visitors. I will treasure my memories about this short visit in Amsterdam as they are intertwined with a moral conclusion - there are still good people at work in hospitality industry.

The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped; the fact that it was on the first floor was definitely an added bonus. Location was perfect as there are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops nearby. Most importantly, Marco, our host, was so gracious and helpful. He made sure we were comfortable and was always ready to answer all our queries at any given time.

The bed and pillows were comfy and the studio flat was very stylish. David the host was great at responding and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived to tell us about how everything worked. The studio flat was beautifully done up with all the facilities you would want for a self catering stay. the host were so friendly and helpful with advice and little touches like wine and biscuits on arrival and fresh water in the fridge every day. quality fittings, regularly cleaned. outstanding location on one of the canals with easy access to museums and all the city sites. highly recommended.

The studio had no hot water in the bathroom sink. The kitchen sink was very small and cracked. And generally, it was hard to get the space warm. We also could not get the tv to work - although were not bothered. The other flat had a big bathroom, a good kitchen and was warm. The location worked well for us. It is a bit outside of the center of amsterdam, but quiet and with quick access to the bus and shops.Louise_7502Family with young children

We came as a group and had the penhouse, 2 bed flat (amazing) and superior studio (fine). We had so much fun, staff were really helpful and had a fabulous stay. The terrace and long tables really made our stay easy for a group.
