We had a great stay at Ilsetra. We absolutely love the location!!! The staff were very responsive and made us feel very welcome. Apartments are small but have everything you need. Breakfast is very good as well. We will definitely return next year!!

The staff was friendly, service was good. The food was exceptional, but expensive for dinners, ending up costing as much as lodging, still well worth it. Guest house flat was not the best suited for winter sports, with no real entre for talking off ski clothes or boots, but otherwise great for the three of us. No room service, but helpful staff for replacement trowels on inquiry. Overall excellent stay, would love to come back.SSorenFamily with young children

Great place to stay for a winter vacation, for cross-country skiing, for example. The ski tracks are directly outside the hotel buildings, which are all wonderfully decorated in traditional Norwegian way.
