Just outside the centre of Nizwa, on the road towards the mountains. To enter the house, you have to dial the code (sent by the owner) on the door handle. The place is nice, clean and comfortable. We arrived at night and left in the morning, so we barely spent any time there and did not use the kitchen at all. We were missing some sheets for the extra mattress. The owner tried his best to find a solution via WhatsApp, but we ended up borrowing sheets from the lovely neighbour who offered to help.

The staff and manager were very friendly and shared tips and useful information for exploring the area and the rest of Oman. There were few patrons the day we stayed but the hotel still arranged a great breakfast. Excellent management. Our stay was very smooth with our 3 young children.
