Friendly and welcoming vibe. I felt at home and super comfortable here. One stop shop - if you want to book island hopping trips, scooters etc then they can help you with all of that. My bicycle needed repairs so one of the staff took me to a local bike mechanic and he let me know it needed to be taken back to where I got it to be fixed (dodgy part). Unfortunatley for me.. this was all the way back in Puerto Princesa (3 hours away). The owner happened to be going there the next day to run errands so he took the bike with him, took it to the bike shop and brought it back for me. Above and beyond!!! Couldn't say enough! Would 100% recommend anyone to Castaway if heading to Port Barton.

The place is perfect! Clean room and toilet. Nice location, few minutes from the beach resto. Served breakfast is superb. The hosts, Kuya Mario and Ate Dhada, are so friendly and accomodating.

We rented a scooter from Jeno cheaper than rentals on the street. Jeno is very attentive and helped us with everything in Port Barton. The room was comfortable and we asked for AC, because the days were hot. Good price for value. Definitely recommend.

Loyd and Dang are so friendly and are always eager to help however they can! They really made our stay in port Barton amazing and we can’t thank them enough! They also have bike rental and kayak rental at a good price :) thanks guys

Lovely staff who can arrange island hopping, scooter rental and van transfers. Water dispenser at the reception desk. I arrived early and they let me check in early which I appreciated. Breakfast was perfect, staff were happy to help with recommendations, transfers and motorbike rental. They had refillable water there 10p per litre which was really handy.
