Supermarkets, shopping, restaurants in walking distance, the old port as well. Parking: it is easy to find free parking in the neighborhood. Check in: was so easy. The owners inform on time about everything you need to know.

As my stay was in the studio flat apartment next door, I can say that apartment is in a perfect location, 15 min walk to the sea one direction , less than 10 to the city centre the other direction. Street with free parking, 1 min walk from the location so no worries about the car park. Grocery shops and fantastic restaurants near by (between 1 to 5 min walk).

    Very good location - at a stone's throw from the ferry and about 15 minutes walk to the Świnoujście Centrum railway station where the UBB (Usedom Bäderbahn) runs services on all the lines on the island. The modern apartment (5/43) is equipped with everything you need. The comfortable sofa in the living room allows you to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

    Nice new apartment with almost everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location is excellent, you can directly see harbor and ships of all kinds directly from the balcony. The flat is close to the city center and not far away from the beach. The parking place (although paid) is a good addition to all of this and I highly recommend to have one.
