Casa de Varzea was litarally the best accommodation on our hike on the Fishermens Trail. It had everything we needed, starting from a well fitted and spacious kitchen, up to two really nice bedrooms with comfy beds. We liked the modern and at the same time cozy fournishing very well and felt at home from the beginning. Everything was also very clean and well maintained. Plus we had a really nice few from the living room into the hills sourrounding Odeceixce. The host were really nice and helpfull with the check in und further questions. Also thanks for the little attentions like the orange juice, the wine, (which we didn´t drink, but anyway ;)) the coffee, the sweets etc! In summary we can say, that we were really happy, we could spend two nights in the beautiful town of Odeceixce! Thanks a lot!

.. My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, hiking from Cabo do Sao Vicente to Porto covo. Teresa and Joao have been the most attentive and lovely hosts that we have had during the whole 9 days trail. They are amazing as the apartment they offer. It is very well equipped, extremely comfortable and sooo quiet. They arranged to get us mountain bikes to explore the environment of Odeceixe. We enjoyed it very much. You can't find any better place nor better hosts. Teresa, Joao, thank you so much for your efforts and hospitality. Be sure we'll come back😘

The apartment was cleaned and with more details and equipment in the kitchen than expected. They were very thoughtful and reachable in case of needing anything. The bed was really comfortable and we were warm thanks to the chimney. There were lovely animals and the surrounding are great to explore, the river... it's near the beach, very convenient whether you want beach or nature and hiking.

Located in the pittoresque little town Odeceixe, it is perfectly located for an overnight stop (or two) when hiking the Fishermen's Trail, as we did. Since the apartment is fully functional, it could even be the spot for a more extended holiday. Initial contact with Lina, the owner, was nice and fool-proof. We enjoyed our stay very much.
