The place is just fabulous. In every way. It looks exactly as on the photos. The ocean roaring just below the balcony and you can watch it from bed. We could spent a week here but could easily spend more. The place is spotless clean, comfy bed, the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of parking space. Had two dinners at Maktub restaurant and it was awesome too. We'd love to return. Kudos to Fabio!

Villa is in excellent place, right next to sea. Close to the beach (pier). Villa is huge, with two terraces (one in basement and one "on the roof") and one balcony. Big kitchen with good equipement. Nice livingroom and bedrooms. There is also washing machine and place for drying clothes. Garrage for a car. Grill for barbecue. For our holiday it was perfect and we enjoyed it very much. Handing over keys went without a problem, with owner was great communication and he was very helpful.

This was our last accommodation on Madeira before coming back home and we couldn’t possibly be more lucky and happy to stay our last days in here! I think, I never had better stay as I had in this place. Lots of utilities in the flat, clean, great bar downstairs with a lots of friendly people. This place was a vibe, paradise! 11/10 We will definitely be back soon!

The studio itself is small but comfortable for two people. We arrived very late, after 22:00 there were no extra charges for late check-in, owner met us in person and provided keys and we got detailed instructions about apartment. Also the amazing gesture was invitation to dinner in restaurant - food and cocktails were delicious and service was amazing.
