The location is 8 minutes from ribeira brava town. Definitly need to have a car if you stay here. Loved it overall and they were great about me being later at checkout

The days spent here were very nice. If you are looking to relax in a quiet, peaceful environment, away from the crowded city centre but still easily accessible, this is a perfect choice. We were wandering around all day, so we usually only spent the mornings and evenings here, but the large terrace and cooking facilities are suitable for those who would like to spend the whole day here. There are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, but you can find some great restaurants and shops within a few kilometres. And any other point on the island is easily accessible by car from here. The best part of the apartment is the large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. We had some really picturesque sunsets, but the morning lights are also beautiful. The banana plantation below the terrace makes the view even more charming. The hosts, who live on the ground floor, were very kind and welcoming. We would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a quieter, rural setting.

Downstairs there was a very well equipped kitchen (induction stove microwave, fridge and even an extra freezer box) with a small dining table. Next to it was the living room with a large couch, armchair and a TV. Furthermore, there was a bathroom and two bedrooms. In the attic there was a very large bedroom with a double bed and a normal bed. In addition, there was a second bathroom upstairs. The apartment was very central, so coffees and bars are easily accessible.
