Loved everything from the very beginning :) Self-check-in was provided, and parking was easy; found the address without any issues (which doesn't always happen). The friendly hosts instantly responded to questions and helped make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartments themselves are spacious and equipped with everything you need, plus there's a quite convenient spot that looks like a bar counter where you can get some work done. Beneath the apartments, there's a butcher shop where they can grill anything you buy—very convenient!

Bonnadea aparthotel is one of the best places I have stayed at because the staff - from the owner to Marko at reception to the cleaners - are all so friendly and very helpful making my stay and that of my little dog welcome. Having worked in the hotel industry for over five years in Italy I know what good customer service looks like and the staff at this place far exceed this. The studio I had was beautiful, exactly like the photographs, if not better. The room had great, fast wifi and great AC, and it was so quiet I never heard the other guests nor did I hear any noise from the street so you are definitely guaranteed a good night's sleep. I loved this place so much I stayed an extra night. Marko, the person whom I met when I arrived, is an exceptional person because he speaks English perfectly, is friendly, kind, always available at any time of the day/night to help and he even got treats for my dog! Even the owner of the hotel is an exceptional person because he takes an interest in his guests and is so kind. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

Having a covered garage was a big plus, especially when coming in with a rental car. Location is the best part. Everything was super close. Wifi was very good. We managed to do remote work without a problem while having 5+ devices connected. The host was very pleasant and very accommodating to all our needs. During our stay, the apartment was cleaned, and bed sheets and towels were changed. Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely be staying here again.
