The first reason I chose this accommodation because of the parking, my friend and I rented a car from the airport, we wanted a place to stay that supported convenient parking, and here is our answer. If possible, I would like you to choose to reserve a family room. Even though you have to pay more, it's worth the money for sure, includes a small kitchen and living area. However, the studio room is not bad at all, it is enough if you only need a short stay and don't need complete amenities too much.

    Very good hotel overall. The studios are amazing. There is a lot of space, the room is big. The bed is a king sized one. There is a jacuzzi in the terrace and a beautiful view. Everything is clean. It’s like a mini apartment. Did book twice and would book all over again if I had to find a place to stay in Patong. The pool on the rooftop is also amazing. Did not regret a single penny of this trip.

    We had a great condo. Balcony was facing the sun all day. Rooftop swimming pool was clean and kid free. Apartment was well equipped with hobs microwave, toaster and filter coffee m/c. Internet was booming and loads of space to work. Recommend for any digital nomad even an old one like me. Location was great near enough to what was happening but not noisy. Down sides (or up depending) no smoking on the whole site. But not that well policed.

    Love this property , it is idealy located in the middle of Patong at the beach and very close to Bangla. It is a very big flat comfortable fit 8 adults. It is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back. The views from the apartments is breathtaking and staff is very friendly.

    Good location and comfortable apartment, close to all improtant locations - Patong beach, bars and restaraunts, Bangla road is not far either. Building has 2 restaraunts, and a few more in a neighboring condo - so you are all set for lunch/dinner (though food there is average). I have worked from apartment and WiFi quality was sufficient for calls.

    This is a big complex with many apartments, so experience with different hosts and condos may vary. In our room everything was good, clean and communication with the host was easy. We had a little issue with a bathroom tap and they fixed it for us. Highly recommend.

    I'd make it short: We lived in a penthouse in the nearby building, one street closer to the beach. It was very spacious, clean, new, wifi is great. (The pics attached are made in the penthouse,in any case the owners pics are true) And we lived in a more modern building, the one u see in the profile, in a simple 120 sq.m. apartment. The apartment was not as clean as the penthouse, but the water pressure and temperature was far better than in the penthouse.
