I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely high level of service included. Tip, the manager, was the best hostess I've ever come across during my travels and stays in many different kinds of accommodations. The place might be older than the polished new hotels, but I doubt many of them could deliver such a great stay as Baan Arthit. The apartments were also very comfortable, and while large, still very convenient.

The apartment is modern, clean and perfect for 4-6 people (we were two adults and two children). We booked last minute and I called the host with some questions and he was very responsive and also sorted out an issue for us while we were there. Couldn't have wished for better service. Really easy to collect the key card.

It's also just two hundred metres down from 'The Commons', which has some really tasty food and drink, and generally great vibes.
