The apartment was perfect for our needs, spacious, clean and well kept with everything we would need. The restaurant and bar on the complex was fantastic, food was lovely every night. We will definitely be returning to Botanic Gardens, we hired a car and visited olu deniz for 2 nights, went to the water park and many beaches.

brilliant location. Very central to all amenities. The apartment is clean and modern in a quiet block with a lift - so no stairs to climb. A lovely sun terrace on the top floor which catches the sun all day. A great place to stay and I will certainly visit again next time I am in Dalaman.

Cem is a fantastic host, very attentive and cooperative. The apartment is incredible. It is very modern and clean. The shower is amazing. Location is walking distance to restaurants. Try Shaza next door! Cem also emailed me some great beaches and restaurants to see. I really loved this place and always felt safe there. It was great value too.

We arrived very late and Murat organised our transfer from the airport. He arrived with water and snacks and was very helpful. He showed us around the apartment and made sure we were comfortable. He came back the following day at check out time and ensured that we had everything we needed and waited with us until our lift arrived. I would definitely stay there again.
