    I like the facility. It was nicely decorated and well kept. My only bad experience, which was major in a sense is that got stuck on the 2nd floor when the power went out because elevators were not working. Due to the inability to walk down the stairs , firefighters had to carry me down. Because of the outage, I couldn’t enjoy the facility because of incident coupled with short stay.

    It was super easy to find and we were able to access the key from a lock box with the code we were given. The apartment was a great value for our weekend stay.

    John did an amazing job. He was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Even when I had come out to a flat he went above and beyond to help where he could. Excellent customer service. Thank you again. Will definitely be staying again sometime.
