All units include a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a private bathroom fiitted with a hair dryer, while some units feature a balcony or a patio. A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit has bed linen and towels.

The lady who owns this place. She was discreet, yet always available and enquiring if we needed anything, if everything was fine etc...when she would see us. The cleanliness: it was impeccable Everything included: good Starbucks coffee, plenty of towels, replacement if needed, everything to cook, utensils, dishes, dishwasher, soap etc....toaster, blender, juicer, kettle microwave, stove, etc..... Easy access Security Quietness Proximity to Las Olas Boulevard 30 minutes walk to beach, which is awesome if you want to get your daily walk. If not, few minutes away by car. Parking included.

Centrally located in Fort Lauderdale, this hotel is only 3 blocks from Fort Lauderdale Beach. The all-suite hotel features 4 outdoor pools and every suite has a fully equipped kitchen.

Every suite at Summerland is spacious and furnished with a seating area and a dining table. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi are also included.

The location and price for my 11 day stay was amazing. Angela was very welcoming and sweet, I got a little sick and she gave me some chamomile tea for my stomach nausea, and even when I was checking out my flight was late in the evening and she let me stay a little bit longer after check out. She is truly great and accommodating, that when I return to florida I will be staying here again!

Excellent property, brand new apartment. The kitchen was well appointed and large, in fact the whole apartment was much bigger than expected, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds were SUPER comfortable. The host was mega kind and allowed us to leave our luggage earlier than check in (whilst the cleaners were getting the property ready) and helped us print our luggage tags for our cruise. Great location for the cruise terminal, literally $8 in an Uber. Publix supermarket across the road for any groceries. The pool was a nice unexpected treat as I had missed this when booking!!! Definitely recommend this place!

    The apartment is situated within a small house in a fantastic neighbourhood. Walking around the streets and admiring houses and gardens is something that I would recommend. You need to drive for going to the beaches or to the river/marina. The host was very helpful with advices about the best locations to visit in a short stay in Fort Lauderdale. The kitchen had everything we need. Good thing also the parking spaces on the driveway.

    I had a great studio apartment, Abey and Hans were excellent hosts. I loved what they did with the place. The pool is really beautiful and there’s a heated pool as well. I enjoyed that it was clothing optional.

    Door code was sent to us prior to arrival and all worked like a dream. Parking right outside the apartment. Everything you need for a short stay with comfortable beds and a good shower. Located a short drive from a fantastic supermarket. The drive to the cruise terminal was very quick and easy.

    The Kids loved the pool and the garden. Beds were comfy, it is clean, sheets and towels were ready, in most parts the condo is well equipped with everything required for a short stay.
