The apartment is gorgeous and very comfortable. The host was very prompt in replying to all communications and solved any questions well. It was great to stay in a residential area rather than touristy. It gave us a great taste of what it's like to live in downtown LA. We were attending NBA & NHL games at Crypto.com arena and the property is a really short walk to the stadium. Also very close to the Metro station which makes it easy to get to a lot of places in LA.

Awesome location and super clean. The check in process was super simple. The apartment has a super cozy feeling and doesn’t feel like run of the mill Airbnb. 10/10 would recommend to stay here. The location is great because you can get to any part of LA within 15 minutes. The place also has a nice pool and jacuzzi that I sadly didn’t make it to.

The bed was comfortable, the huge flat screen TV a big plus, kitchen, fridge and the area and location is unbeatable. Beach is right up the street. Pet friendly, safe area, great sauna, wish I could have stayed longer. Peaceful view of the water and comfy patio lounge chair to lay on. Cheers!
