Had view of water on bay side and saw dolphins, birds, and other activity from bedroom window. Building, pools, and all common areas very well maintained. The studio unit was perfect for two people...could not add a 3rd or 4th as would be too crowded or cluttered with belongings. Loved the slow, easy, laid back vibe in Navarre Beach.

With sea views, Sunset Harbor at Navarre Beach is situated in Navarre and has accommodation with a kitchen.

The unit come with a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hair dryer and bath.

We have stayed at Sunset Harbor with friends for many years and this is our new favorite unit. It was amazingly well stocked, clean and decorated beautifully.

The spacious apartment with a balcony and sea views features 1 bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from an outdoor dining area. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and laundry service.

Exceptional location for our activities. We kayak and bicycle. The beach (Sound side) is a hundred feet away and easily accessible for kayak launch. We kept our bicycles in an alcove under a stairwell in a common area. Our equipment was never disturbed when stored on the property. Parking is ample. The overall property is clean and well maintained. There was ongoing construction to the common pier, preventing its full use, but that was a minor hindrance. It is a quiet, peaceful location. Our rooms were spotless, roomy, with plenty of closets and drawers. Being an end unit gives a bit more privacy and plenty of windows to let in light and enjoy views. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and many pantry staples. All appliances were in good working order. Heating and cooling was easy to adjust. Plenty of hot water for the bath. The back balcony has a lovely view of the bay and faces West for enjoying the sunset. The elevators on the property are convenient and work well. Our host/owners accommodated our check-in request kindly and promptly. Good communication throughout the booking. Lastly, we were happy to find two of our favorite dining spots, JJ Chagos and Cactus Flower Cafe, open and prospering despite all the Covid-19 madness the last year.

    Awesome location and beautiful sea views. Neat and clean apartment. It is just located next to beach with easy access to beach. There is pier close to property which is one of the longest. Less crowded and just perfect for relaxing on beach.

    We loved our vacation in Navarre. This was a perfect location for us. It was more laid back but close to everything. The elevator was great to get luggage up. The condo was very bright and clean. We would stay here again.

    Condo unit was fabulous! Well stocked kitchen, great view. Third time staying at Summerwind, and we love the condo units, but I prefer reserving with private owner rather than Vacasa, because it was a hassle dealing with them for check in and they were rude. I won’t use Vacasa again.

    The condo is just steps away from the pool and a short walk to the beach. It was super easy to reserve chairs and an umbrella through the rental property. The amenities were all as described. It is a beautiful property.

    The condo was roomy and the beds were comfortable. The nearly separate apartment with its own thermostat etc. was perfect for my Grandmother who stayed with us. The walk to the beach was as short as you can ask for, and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. The views were great from the 12th floor balcony.
