Like the others have mentioned, you cannot beat the location. I had a car, but ended up walking everywhere because it was just so convenient (and I just love the cold). The space was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed. It was nice to settle in there for the week. The property management company were also responsive and friendly.

    The owners were very friendly and accommodating - the apartment had everything you could need! The location is great as well. The tub/shower was excellent. I slept on the couch and allowed my brother to sleep in the bed. The couch has a pull out sleeper feature - I found it comfortable. I felt valued and appreciated by the home owners - I feel they went out of their way to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed.

    The staff is by far the best I've encountered in recent memory. They were super friendly and approachable, happy to help and when my husband left some stuff behind, they were extremely helpful in getting it back. The room was absolutely beautiful, the design aesthetic is really interesting, the ceilings are huge and it really feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. I'll be staying here again, no doubt.

    Kitchen was excellent, there was no settee or lounge chairs, just two uncomfortable bar chairs to sit on. So had to sit on the floor to watch TV. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. There was no information on the internet, no user name or password supplied, cost me US$20 to be able to access the internet to contact the owner. The internet account and password should be given or placed in Cozy Studio if the owner doesn't come to the apartment. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

    The staff was excellent, so kind and helpful. Our stay included daily streetcar tickets (2.5 hr pass), free parking and free continental breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, lots of Tilamook yogurts, bagels, fruit, and a nice spread of accoutrements. The room is essentially a studio apartment so it’s got a kitchen, balcony, living space. It’s spacious and comfortable!
