The Location is perfect.The room was comfortable. The staff were super cooperative, they were eager to help us in all possible ways. They arranged car pickup for us. They provide free bicycles to the guests, which I used for an early morning visit to the ancient town. A plus-point for Indian food lovers is that just on the opposite side you find an Indian restaurant.

One of our best stays in Vietnam. Comfy beds and recently renovated bathroom. Balcony with city view. We could communicate with the staff in English very well (which was not the case everywhere in Vietnam) and they were very helpful with booking taxis and making suggestions about our itinerary.

This was the perfect place to stay halfway through our trip to Vietnam, where we could relax by the pool on the roof and do laundry in our rooms. Filtered water in the lobby was nice so we didn't have to keep buying bottled water. Loved the full kitchen!

This property was lovely and clean. It has its own private pool and a view over the river. It’s a short walk into the centre and the night market. The owner and her son were lovely, she sorted out our laundry and even lent us bicycles to get around. On our last night she cook us dinner and bought us beer!! Would definitely stay again.

We got the penthouse suite, with it's balconies on both sides, outdoor tub, and great views. The shower was also great, and the room had a large bed and room with a kitchen. The value was extraordinary for someone from the US (less than 10% of the US cost).

Very good location next to the night market, but on a lateral street, which makes it quiet. A great value for money, with a spacious room and clean room. The bathroom is nice also. Last but not least, the hospitality of the hosts was the cherry on top! They were super friendly and welcoming with us. We also had some health issue, and they were super generous and supportive with us; helping us with the hospital and also not having us to worrying about anything else. Definitely, the best host we found in Vietnam!!

It's on a picturesque, quiet back lane with real families for neighbours ... but only a few minutes over the bridge to the morning market. Free use of bicycle. The owner greeted me with fresh fruit and was responded quickly to every request. This is THE place to stay in Hoi An. Loved the dogs.
