Quiet neighbourhood in Sapa. Nice outlook when the clouds clear. The house was spacious more so than the pictures suggest. It's clean comfortable and modern. The host was very accommodating and helpful, we appreciate the hospitality. Easy communication via whatsapp during the stay. It's a couple of km from the city centre which we liked, as the city centre is hectic, but you may need to rely on transport in and out of town centre. Motorbike or taxi etc.

10/10, pretty good experience. The dorm is large, comfortable and fit for 5 people. The price is much cheaper than what you earn, and the food is good too. You will have a beautiful view of Mường Hoa valley and Sapa’s mountains. The family there is very friendly, and they can talk english very well too. This place is way far from the center of Sapa, making it the best place for anyone who doesn't like noise and crowds. From here you can walk easily, lonely and calmly to discover the mountain beauties of Sapa. It's great to taste coffee in the balcony immersed in the cloud. Almost without wifi, you can disconnect your works to immerse yourself deeply in nature. A disadvantage is that there are many insects here in the summer, so if you don’t like bugs, then I recommend you go in the winter. In the end, this place is the best homestay in Sapa for anyone who finds a quiet, private place to relax and a place to sightsee the whole Mường Hoa valley.

I loved every single thing about the property. My view was absolutely stunning! The girls that clean my room or so cute and so nice. I even gave one of the girls a gift. It was centrally located. The breakfast was great every single day. The staff and the hotel is worth coming back for every single year. There’s too much to see in Sapa so I will definitely be coming back!

She tried to fulfill every thing that we want such as booked buggy, taxi, funsipan ticket (by card you need to pay extra 3%). In front of the apartment, they provide bench and table so we enjoy dinner outside the house at night. Hope can put extra white light because we can't really see our food 😅

    The staff are really helpful and provide great service. They arranged the trek to the village for us as soon as we arrived. The plus point is that the tour guide is great. She speaks good English and provided interesting information for me. The view is stunning and I was surprised at the cheap price. In addition, they also have express laundry and bus ticket booking services. I was very confident letting them arrange everything for my trip. it's better than I thought

    The view from our roon is pretty good. Especially the staff are really nice. The hotel staff help us to vook bus ticket attraction tickets and rental motor cycle as well. It's really convenient.

    Loved the stay here in Sapa!! Especially the staff was just outstanding!! Thank you so much for letting us check in early (we arrived with the night bus from Hanoi) and for all your help and advice, we would definitely book again. Great location, very close to the rice field treks and the center, yet nice and quiet.
