Beautifully appointed, large, historic old house. Restored and looked after to be a lovely 3 bedroom house - large enough for our full family. Pets have their own walled garden, so we felt safe and very comfortable. Easy walking distance to a very nice restaurant across from the Church. Will definitively stay here again - exceptional value for money. Best accommodation so far for us in Graaff Reinet in all the years we stop over here.

It was only bed and self-catering. We enjoyed the pool, the outdoor table and chairs, the braai, and the ice machine. It was wonderful and we have told a lot of people to book at The Kothuize. The restaurant across the street was also excellent. Dit was sommer baie lekker en gerieflik.
