we really loved the beautiful garden, the common chill out area (best coffee also :)) and the host is amazing. She helped us with anything we needed, arranged a private tour guide for our hike around the blyde river canyon and also was just there and very warm-hearted. There is also some beakfast in the morning with fruits - so lovely.

The lodge is located in a remote area. The guest house is a very cute brick house with good amenities and a lot of space! It is nothing fancy, but fits well in the spirit of the place. We really enjoyed the attention for ecology that the owner has instated. The host is adorable, very available, had good tips (he actually even gave us tips via message before we even arrived to the property) and… most importantly, he fixed our car that had a windshield problem when we arrived (thanks again for that!).
