Pools were heated and perfect after a day out. Staff was very helpful and fixed any issue we encountered swiftly. The apartment was clean and provided everything you could possibly need, including neat little ironing board & iron, soap and washing up liquid. Plenty of towels in the rooms and pool towels available at reception. Staff made sure everything was kept clean around the pool and garden area. I found all staff were very friendly and made you feel nothing was too much trouble. Really peaceful location. Short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Lots of little supermarkets and Lidl just up the road. Great book exchange in reception. Also in reception is a shower for those that have a later flights after checking out. I made full use of this, they even supply different shower gels, shampoo and conditioner along with new wash mitts.

The air-conditioned accommodation features stylish decor. Lounge-diners include plasma satellite TV, sofa bed and dining table, while modern kitchenettes have microwave, oven and toaster. Everything was excellent! Magnificent views to the ocean and Los Gigantes and super clean! The staff was very helpful and friendly and they even prepared a birthday surprise for us!

Very nice and spacious apartment with everything you need. Very nice receptionists. Very easy parking in a parking house. Lovely view and terrace. We loved it.
