Excellent location, easy to make self check-in if you arrive on a late hour, near a lot af restaurants and markets. The apartment is at 8 min of walking to Casa Batlo, 15 min from Boqueria Market, 25 min from Gothic quarter, 30-40 min from Sagrada Familia/L’Aquarium. On arrival, the host surprised us with a bottle of wine that we found in the refrigerator, thank you! We had all the informations that we needed including wi-fi and a folding from where we could order something to eat or a drink.

Each apartment has wooden floors and elegant modern décor. Living areas come with a double sofa bed. The stylish kitchens include an oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Central and vibrant location within walking distance of almost everything and plenty of restaurant options. The room was spacious, charming, and well equipped with welcome kits, lots of towels, coffee/tea, laundry. It also had a large light-filled bay window, balcony, and opening the windows out onto Passeig de Gràcia was lovely. For extra space, the sofabed was a nice comfortable trundle bed, which was a definite plus. We would recommend and stay here again.

Casp 74 Apartments all include a kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and microwave. They also feature a seating area and air conditioning. Great rental cocept, with 24/7 reception the guests feel well supported throughout their stay. The apartment was better than expected, it had all we needed for a comfortable stay with children. Cleaning is daily, which is an additional bonus. The location is excellent and we could walk to our areas of interest.

Wake up to the fresh sea air and take the 5-minute walk down to the beach for a refreshing swim in the Mediterranean and a relax on the sands. Parking is possible, if reserved in advance, in a private off-site outdoor parking. It was a perfect place to stay with the children. Very spacious rooms and very bright and airy.
