Gildas responded promptly to questions before and during our stay, and it’s clear based on the preparation of the flat (well-equipped with clean kitchen equipment, basic spices, olive oil, etc.) that the intent is for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Emeraude, Pleine Vue de Mer is a delightful apartment in a superb location with everything you need for a short break. We stayed for four nights and could have easily stayed longer. St Malo is captivating with so much to see and do. We enjoyed watching the tides change so dramatically from the apartment. The interior is comfortable and colourful and you just feel at home. Parking is safe and easy and excellent communication with the owner.

The apartment was a real delight. perfect location overlooking the sea, fully equipped with everything you could need. The host was fantastic, going out of his way to help in every way and giving us great local knowledge. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Located 50 metres from the beach and 400 metres from the thermal baths, Résidence Le Roc Fleuri offers a garden and a terrace. Great location. Nice restroom facilities
