We have just returned from a 7 night stay at these exceptional refurbished apartments. We stayed in the small ground floor apartment but the outside patio space made it amply big enough. David and Anthony were lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome their welcome gift and extra touches such as flowers and candles were a delight. The apartments are in a peaceful area but close enough to the town. We would highly recommend.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Nice quiet location, easy to get to, couple of minutes walk to beach front at Goodrington . Close by to Youngs park, and about 10 -15 minute walk down to Paignton sea front. We thought it was a lovely location and would definitely stay again .

A purpose made bed and breakfast come self catering experience. Lovely part of paignton surrounding a central park area. Everything within 100 yards - cafe, restaurants, co-op, pub etc.
