It was a fantastic venue, with great views, warm and very clean. Was able to get in earlier as our apartment was already ready. Close to the town centre, but still quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Edge Mere Apartment, Bowness-on-Windermere is situated in Bowness-on-Windermere. With free private parking, the property is 100 metres from World of Beatrix Potter and 1.3 km from Lake Windermere. Very clean apartment, excellent facilities, very close to shops, restaurants, Bowness pier: we could walk everywhere. Very convenient for boat cruises, and for the start of day tours of the Lake district (most companies have a pick-up point at Bowness pier). Very quiet location in spite of proximity to the centre of Bowness. Even WiFi available which wasn't mentioned in the booking. Would love to come back.
