The check in process was smooth and punctual, and the check out was easy as well. The Perfect stay Team, kept checking every so often if everything was ok. The apartment was a new, comfortable living area, fully equipped and new kitchen, 2 bedrooms with very nice double beds and ensuite bathrooms for both of them. Definitely a rebook if in Birmingham again.
